Terms of Use

Estimates only. All calculators on Figure My Build provide planning estimates based on published manufacturer yields and coverage figures. They are not a substitute for professional engineering, architectural or contractor advice, and they do not override your local building code.

Verify before you buy or build. Actual material quantities depend on site conditions, product selection, waste and installation method. You are responsible for confirming quantities and suitability before purchase and before construction.

No warranty. The site and its calculators are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Figure My Build is not liable for losses arising from reliance on calculator results.

Affiliate links. Some pages may contain links to retailers. If you buy through such a link we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you; this never changes a calculator's figures, which come from manufacturer data.

Acceptable use. You may use the calculators for personal and professional estimating. Scraping or republishing the site's content or calculator logic in bulk is not permitted.

These terms may be updated; the version on this page is the current one.
